In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "fa99" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at fa99.online, including all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fa99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on fa99.online.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a Player's fa99 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet tokens, free spins, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's Account by fa99.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency used for all transactions on fa99.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount (and, where specified, the associated deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any territory in which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, lottery products, and any other gaming or entertainment content made available on fa99.online.

By accessing fa99.online, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using fa99.online and must not attempt to create an Account or access any of the Services.

fa99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on fa99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fa99 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing fa99 from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of fa99 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of fa99 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on fa99 or any affiliated platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on fa99. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. fa99 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held therein may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. fa99 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

fa99 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, provided that any genuine real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) is returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.

All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. fa99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fa99 customer support immediately at [email protected]. fa99 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.

fa99 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-step SMS verification on their Accounts. This feature is available in Account Settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

You must not use another Player's Account for any purpose, including placing bets on their behalf. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of both Accounts involved.

All deposits and withdrawals on fa99 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). fa99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by fa99.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and other payment channels listed on the fa99 Cashier page from time to time. Deposit processing times vary by method; mobile financial service deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited within three minutes of a confirmed transfer.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: subject to limits displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has previously been used to deposit funds into your Account. fa99 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times: Verified Accounts typically receive withdrawals within one to three hours. First-time withdrawals require completion of identity verification (see below). fa99 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal is flagged for security review.

Identity Verification (KYC): fa99 is required to verify the identity of Players prior to processing first withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of a verification request may result in Account suspension.

fa99 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

fa99 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all fa99 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds, after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met, may be withdrawn.
• fa99 applies a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 days after the date of credit unless a different validity period is specified. Expired Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• fa99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a promotion at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of prohibited conduct.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a guaranteed income or a financial instrument.

Players who have self-excluded or who have active responsible gaming restrictions on their Account are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the period of those restrictions.

All casino games available on fa99 use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by the relevant game studio. fa99 does not modify game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are displayed in the relevant game information panel.

Sports betting markets on fa99, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by the specific betting rules for each sport, which are published in the fa99 Sportsbook Rules section. Key principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. fa99 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds; bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed (including BPL, IPL, ICC, and other cricket events), settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply as detailed in the Sportsbook Rules.
• fa99 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits on individual events, markets, and players at its sole discretion.

fa99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement, or where the bet forms part of a pattern of activity consistent with match-fixing, insider knowledge, or collusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fa99. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with fa99 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in fa99's software or games for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are not considered valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using fa99 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access fa99 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Abusing bonuses by systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fa99 staff or other players.

fa99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all Players with access to the following account controls, available immediately in Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying the amount of time elapsed and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from fa99 for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Any unauthorised use of fa99's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

fa99 provides its Services on an "as available" basis. While fa99 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, fa99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond fa99's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on fa99.online, including odds, scores, statistics, or promotional material.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits fa99's liability for death or personal injury caused by fa99's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by fa99, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your fa99 Account. fa99 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. You accept full responsibility for your own gambling decisions.

fa99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on fa99.online or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

fa99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to suspend or withdraw the Services in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• fa99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order.
• fa99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity associated with an Account.
• fa99 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued provision of Services to a Player poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to fa99.

Upon Account closure, any genuine real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements, and any funds subject to a security hold) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of identity verification.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fa99 with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
